Sriharsha Harithas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at Infoblox since January 2014, Sriharsha has effectively planned and implemented best practices for Microsoft Active Directory environments while providing remote and phone support for IT issues. Prior to this, Sriharsha held positions at Aditya Birla Minacs as a Quality Coach, where evaluations were conducted on critical transaction attributes, and at Apple as an Expert with responsibilities for customer support and software installation. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Tech Support Engineer at Dell, addressing client needs through inbound calls, and as a Customer Relations Manager at Surabhi Enterprises, managing B2B and B2C sales.
