Tom Tomsan Thomas has over 17 years of experience in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as the Director of India Support Operations at Infoblox since August 2006, Tom has held multiple roles including Senior Manager and Manager, overseeing various teams that provide technical assistance across regions including US, UK, EMEA, and APAC. Prior experience includes work as a Network Engineer at Datacraft India, where responsibilities involved the installation of networking devices for banking clients, and at TimeNet Learning, where Tom trained new hires and supported network design implementations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
