Jeremy Carathers

Jeremy Carathers, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jeremy is currently working as a ServiceNow Program Manager at Infocenter since August 2022. Previously, they held the position of VP ServiceNow Transformation, Project Execution at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from December 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Change Manager at Accenture from August 2021 to December 2021.

Jeremy also has extensive experience in the banking sector. Jeremy served as a Vice President IT Governance Manager at American National Bank of Texas from August 2019 to August 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Vice President Enterprise Architect at the same company from October 2018 to August 2019.

Before their time at American National Bank, Jeremy worked at Citi in various roles. Jeremy held the roles of Senior Vice President from May 2017 to October 2018, Vice President from September 2015 to May 2017, AVP, Product Management, Financial Transparency from June 2014 to September 2015, and Global Voice Operations Financial Analyst/Business Analyst from July 2012 to June 2014.

Jeremy began their career in education as a Head Band Director at Lubbock ISD from July 2009 to July 2012. Prior to that, they held the same position at Magnolia ISD from July 2005 to July 2008. Jeremy also worked as an Assistant Band Director at Spring ISD from January 2005 to June 2005 and as a Band Director at Spur High School from July 2001 to July 2002.

Early in their career, Jeremy gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory from May 1997 to August 1998. Jeremy has a strong background in both project management and leadership roles, making him a valuable asset in their current position as a ServiceNow Program Manager.

Jeremy Carathers, MBA has a diverse education history. Jeremy obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business in 2016. Prior to that, they earned an MBA Degree from Texas Tech University in 2011, with a focus on Business. In 2009, Jeremy briefly attended Houston Christian University - Archie W. Dunham College of Business, although it is unknown if they obtained a degree from there. Earlier, in 2005, they completed a Teacher Certification program at North Harris Community College. Jeremy's educational journey began with a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Texas Tech University, which they earned between 1997 and 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremy Carathers also holds various certifications. Jeremy obtained an ITIL Foundation V4 certification from PeopleCert in December 2019. In August 2019, they obtained their TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group. In 2015, Jeremy achieved a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from IASSC.
