Joey continued to enhance their skills by obtaining additional certifications, including the Micro-Certifications in Agile and Test Management Implementation, Integration Hub, Predictive Intelligence, and Business Continuity Management from ServiceNow. Joey also earned the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) credential from the Master of Project Academy in May 2022.
