Erima started their career as a National Youth Service Corps Trainee at Kaduna Refining & Petrochemical Company. Erima then worked as a Senior Field Professional, Projects & Operations at Halliburton, where they coordinated projects and operations to deliver well testing, data acquisition, and drill stem testing services in Europe, Eurasia & Sub-Sahara Africa.
