Manish Anand

Manish Anand has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Manish is currently serving as the Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Infogain since April 2022. Previously, they worked as a Consultant-Emerging Technologies from November 2021 to June 2022.

Prior to that, Manish held several key positions at Wipro Ltd. - India from 2018 to 2022, including Automation Practice and Chief Architect & Program Head. At Wipro, they focused on establishing open-source technologies as the automation platform for IT operations, promoting automation as a service and product, and developing a go-to-market strategy.

Before their tenure at Wipro, they worked as the Chief Information Officer at Aegon Life, where they played a pivotal role in enabling the company's digital strategy. Manish built a digital transformation roadmap for customer acquisition, streamlined partner integration channels through robust API-enabled applications, and implemented AI/analytics for sales channels.

Manish also served as the Corporate Vice President, Head - Information Technology Services/Operations at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, overseeing end-user services, data center operations, infrastructure, and security. Manish managed the migration of the company's computing environment to virtual desktop infrastructure and the implementation of Office 365.

Additionally, Manish has held leadership roles at NEC Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, OLAM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Tata Motors Ltd, Landis+Gyr Limited, and Saint-Gobain Sekurit. Manish'sresponsibilities included driving digital transformation, implementing global SAP instances, managing IT operations, and improving infrastructure and security systems.

Manish Anand completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on MS (Executive MBA) from ICFAI between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical from Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Manish completed their Higher Secondary education (AISSCE) with a specialization in Science and Maths at Birla Public School, Pilani from 1978 to 1990. Currently, Manish Anand is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behavior Studies and Data Science at Bennett University, scheduled to be completed between 2021 and 2024.
