Head of US Talent Acquisition at Infoglen

Mustafa Arshad began their professional career in 2011 as a Marketing Intern at BCL Technologies. During their time there, they increased sales leads by creating User Education videos and Ads for the Sales Department to share on LinkedIn, utilized Google Analytics and Ad Sense in daily Marketing meetings, and made UI recommendations based on methodical consideration of user support questions and Google Analytics data. In 2012, they worked with faith based groups at the Institute of Community and Civic Engagement to organize events around immigration reform and lobbied Governor Jerry Brown's office to sign legislation AB 131 into law. In 2014, they became a Marketing Manager at Questivity, where they attended Cisco corporate events and learned how to fearlessly approach other attendees to discuss potential partnerships. In 2015, they returned to BCL Technologies as a Digital Marketing Specialist, where they developed strategies to adapt on-page and off-page factors that best serve an SEO friendly online presence and used Moz analytics to gain insights into possible SEO opportunities. Finally, in 2019, they joined Infoglen LLC as the Head of US Talent Acquisition, a company founded by two Ex-Googlers and recognized by CIO Review as one of the 20 most promising Salesforce solution providers.

Mustafa Arshad attended De Anza College from 2011 to 2013, where they received an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Mustafa then attended San Jose State University from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
