Rita Kaspar

Rita Kaspar is an experienced human resource professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at InfoGuard AG since June 2018, Rita also holds the title of HR Business Partner. Previously, at Siemens, Rita occupied multiple roles including HR Project Change Manager, HR Compensation & Benefits Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Expatriate Manager from October 2001 to May 2018. Earlier in the career, Rita worked as Human Resources Manager at Swiss Re from January 1996 to December 2000. Rita holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Work Smart Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources Management from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, and a Diplom in Management from AKAD Höhere Wirtschaftsfachschule.
