Lakshansh Patel is a skilled IT recruiter with extensive experience, currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at Infojini Inc since January 2021. In this role, Lakshansh focuses on recruiting highly cleared candidates for various Direct Federal and State Clients and manages the complete Recruitment Life Cycle, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and salary negotiations, while fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
