Shivanshu V. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Shivanshu started their career in 2013 as a Technical Executive at Teleperformance, where they managed a team of customer support representatives and was responsible for resolving customer complaints, creating policies and procedures, and maintaining a pleasant working environment. In 2015, they transitioned to a Sales Specialist role at Rightful Connect, where they presumably handled sales responsibilities. Shivanshu then worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at E-Solutions from 2018 to 2022, where they conducted company assessments, performed background checks, and made recommendations to hiring managers. Following that, they joined iPlace as a Senior Technical Recruiter for a brief period from April to August 2022. Shivanshu then moved to NucleusTeq, where they served as a Recruitment Lead from October 2022 to March 2023, overseeing team performance and fostering open communication. Currently, they are working as a Recruitment Manager at MARS Solutions Group since April 2023.

Shivanshu V. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Renaissance College of Commerce & Management, located at 45, Anurag Nagar, in Indore. They enrolled in the program from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, Shivanshu V. attended Rajeshwar Vidyalaya for their secondary education from 1993 to 2009, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science.
