Vladimir Makhmutov

Vladimir Makhmutov has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Vladimir began their career in 2001 as an Engineer in Software Development at the Educational Center of GPS MCS Russia in Omsk region. Here, they worked until 2003, gaining experience in program engineering.

From 2003 to 2011, Vladimir worked as a System Administrator at the Siberian Chemical Plant, where their responsibilities included network equipment setup and control, video surveillance system configuration and maintenance, and personnel security monitoring.

In 2011, they joined the Fuel Processing Company as a Lead Programmer, developing websites and corporate portals using HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL. Vladimir was also involved in SharePoint-based corporate portal development, working with tools like ISBuilder and СЭД Directum.

The following year, in 2012, Vladimir became the IT Department Head at the Center of Family Medicine, overseeing the IT division's operations. Vladimir was responsible for website and corporate portal development using HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, they worked with frameworks like Angular 2.0 and TypeScript.

In 2017, Vladimir joined SIBUR as a Senior Frontend Developer, specializing in the development of corporate portals and SPA (Single-Page Applications) using HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, TypeScript, and various frameworks like Knockout, Angular, React, and VueJS. Later in 2020, Vladimir moved to Infomatics Inc as the Head of the Information Technology Department, where they currently lead the IT operations.

Vladimir'smost recent position before joining Infomatics Inc was as a Senior Frontend Developer at Rubius, where they worked from 2021 to 2022.
