Anju then moved to Ignited Wings Technology Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Executive Human Resources, where they worked for one year. Following this, they worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at EXCEL INTELLIGENCE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED for four years. Currently, they are a Senior Executive Human Resources at Infomerica.

Anju Rai completed their Master's Degree in MBA from RDVV in 2011, after having started the program in 2009.
