Payal Mukherjee

Payal Mukherjee has a background in instructional design and learning experience architecture. Payal currently holds the position of Director-Learning Experience Architecture at Infopro Learning, Inc since January 2022, and prior to that, they worked as a Senior Learning Experience Architect at the same company since January 2020. Before joining Infopro Learning, Inc, Payal was the Director of Instructional Design at HurixDigital from October 2018 to January 2020. Payal also served as the Director of Instructional Design at Tata Interactive Systems from December 2012 to October 2018. Prior to their roles in the learning and development field, Payal worked as a Teller at U.S. Bank from January 2011 to August 2012 and as a Customer Service Specialist at Best Buy from October 2009 to December 2010. Payal began their career as a Lead Content Specialist at Tata Interactive Systems from October 2003 to June 2007 and worked as a Copywriter at Sketch Advertising and Lowe Lintas in 2002.

Payal Mukherjee obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Calcutta, which they completed from 1999 to 2001. Payal then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from the same university, which they completed from 2001 to 2003.
