Puneet Arora

Puneet Arora has extensive experience in product design, user experience design, and web design. Puneet has worked as an Associate Director of Product Design at Infopro Learning, Inc, where they led collaborative teams and focused on usability testing and UX/UI improvement. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Lead in User Experience Design at Saviance Technologies, where they led the UCD process, mentored other UX workers, and facilitated client discussions for gathering UX requirements. Puneet also served as an AM in UX/UI and Web Design at iYogi Technical Services Pvt. Ltd, leading all UX/UI activities and partnering with stakeholders for optimal user experience. In addition, they worked as a Design Team Lead at InfoPro India Pvt. Ltd., building reusable design templates and leading client UX/UI projects. Before that, they held positions as a Team Leader in Web Design at BE Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. and Advent Infosoft (P) Ltd.

Puneet Arora's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Retail Management from Jaipur National University. Puneet attended this university for an unspecified period of time. Additionally, Puneet obtained a Professional degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Arena Multimedia, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.

Puneet also has several additional certifications. In 2017, they completed the Leadership Transformation Executive Program at Luminent LLC. Puneet also obtained certifications in User-Centered Analysis and Conceptual Design from Human Factors International, as well as Professional certifications in Mobile User Experience Design and User-Centered Design from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in 2017 and 2015, respectively.
