Tarique Anwar

Tarique Anwar has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Tarique started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Atos Technology in 2006. Tarique then moved on to Aegis Limited, where they worked as a Subject Matter Expert, handling both outbound and inbound portfolios for American Express and Resurgent processes. At Aegis Limited, they also trained new hires and interacted with clients to enhance business prospects. In 2011, Tarique joined HCL BPO as a Sr. Executive Collection, responsible for first-party collections for Macy's Credit Card Services. Tarique worked on dialer systems and focused on quality improvement with direct client interaction. In 2012, they joined iQor as a Team Lead, managing a team of 12-18 agents for third-party collections. Currently, Tarique is working at Infopro Learning, Inc as the Director of Performance Solutions, where they generate new business opportunities, engages in high-level conversations with senior executives, and provides innovative learning and technology solutions for workforce performance challenges.

Tarique Anwar completed an Executive MBA (PGDM) in Marketing and Finance from IMT CDL Ghaziabad from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Shridhar University from 2010 to 2013.
