Angus Turner

Angus Turner has extensive experience in operational performance, customer experience quality, and business analysis, currently serving as the Head of Operational Performance at Informa Markets since January 2019. Prior to this, Angus held various roles at Centrica from 2003 to 2019, including Operations and Strategy Lead, where responsibilities included cost reduction, process improvement, and team leadership, resulting in significant financial benefits. Angus is proficient in using SAS analytical software for data-driven decision making and has a strong background in operational reporting and strategy development, complemented by a foundational experience in customer service. Angus graduated from Edinburgh Napier University.
