Andrew Fanara has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew began their career as an Institutional Asset Management Marketing Analyst at G.T. Capital Management, where they managed a customer service team and played a key role in increasing assets under management. Andrew then worked as a Federal Budget Analyst at THE CHILDRENS DEFENSE FUND ACTION COUNCIL before joining the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where they held multiple roles including ENERGY STAR IT Program Manager and Green Lights Regional Marketing Manager, ENERGY STAR Product Specification Development Team Leader, and ENERGY STAR Products Industry Group Leader. During their time at the EPA, they developed and maintained energy and water performance specifications and promoted energy and water efficiency in various industries.

After their tenure at the EPA, Andrew joined OSIsoft as the Director for Executive Engagement, where they built relationships between key customers and the company's leadership. Andrew later became the Chief Sustainability Strategist & Market Principal, developing global business development strategies and thought leadership initiatives. Andrew also served as the Non-Executive Vice Chair for the Board of Directors at CarbonCo LLC, advising the CEO and Founder on strategic partnerships and growth opportunities in the carbon markets.

Andrew's most recent roles include working at Casne Engineering as a Sustainability Advisor to the VP/CTO and as an Advisor to the company. Andrew also worked at DATA CENTER DYNAMICS LTD as a Sustainability Panel Moderator and Judge for their Annual Awards Program. Currently, they are the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Informa Tech and is involved in consulting engagements at Informa. Overall, Andrew Fanara has a diverse and accomplished career in sustainability, environmental, and business development roles.

Andrew Fanara obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms" from LinkedIn in February 2020.
