Sita Kalsi

Sita Kalsi has a diverse work experience in the events and conferences industry. Sita currently works for Informa Tech as an Event Director for the AI Summit Series, managing a team of producers and leading a project team. Sita is responsible for product and project management, from validation and formation to onsite delivery and P&L management.

Previously at Informa Tech, Sita was the Portfolio Manager for the Quantum Computing Portfolio, where they launched new events and media portfolio in the quantum computing sector. Sita developed a customer proposition focused on the business application of quantum computing for FTSE 100 & Fortune 500 companies. Sita also built a product strategy and GTM plan for new products.

Before joining Informa Tech, Sita worked at KNect365 Maritime as a Senior Conference Producer, where they were responsible for green shipping and digital transformation portfolios. Sita combined event creation and team delivery with strategy planning, revenue growth opportunities, new event formulation, and key account client management.

Earlier in their career, Sita worked at Informa Maritime Events as a Conference and Seminar Producer, focusing on various sectors such as offshore wind, radioactive materials, and LNG shipping. Sita contributed to the entire event process, from research and agenda formulation to speaker acquisition and operational delivery.

Sita also has experience as a Conference Producer at London Business Conferences Group, where they worked for a brief period.

In addition, they have had two summer internships at Logica, where they gained experience in marketing and research roles.

Overall, Sita Kalsi has demonstrated expertise in event and conference management, product and project management, and strategic planning in various industries.

Sita Kalsi completed their International Baccalaureate (Diploma) from The Abbey School Reading from 2000 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business and Management from Durham University, which they completed from 2011 to 2014.
