Carl Barnes

Carl Barnes has extensive experience in finance and shared services management. Carl has held various CFO and director positions in companies such as DHL, Gap Inc, and Emap. Additionally, Carl has worked in roles such as Finance Manager and Group Reporting Manager at companies like AST Computer and Mitsubishi Electric. Currently, Carl serves as the CFO of the Academic Publishing Division and the Knowledge & Networking Division at Informa. Carl is also the Director of UK Shared Services, responsible for Informa Shared Service Centres in the UK. Barnes studied at Harrow College of Higher Education.
