Moushumi Banerjee

Moushumi Banerjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Global L&D and Academy Facilitator at Informa since November 2025. Previously held roles include Learning Partner at Save the Children UK, where Moushumi designed human-centered learning solutions and facilitated well-being programs, and Learning and Development Specialist at Centrepoint, leading the Management Development Program focused on leadership and EDI principles. Additional experience encompasses positions as Training and Development Consultant at FullCircl, Senior Red Cross Training Consultant and Engagement Representative at the British Red Cross, as well as Optometric roles at Tom Davies, OutsideClinic, Shamir UK Ltd, and David Clulow.
