Dhileepan Karthi is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead UX Designer at Informatica since July 2022, Dhileepan previously held the role of Senior UX Designer at Scotiabank from April 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included optimizing the digital experience of business banking solutions. Prior to Scotiabank, Dhileepan was the Lead UX Designer at Foradian Technologies, focusing on end-to-end design solutions for edTech applications.
