Gustavo Artese is the Founding Partner of Artese Advogados and a Foundation Partner at The Information Accountability Foundation. With a background in telecommunications regulation and intellectual property, Gustavo has also held positions as Partner at Viseu Advogados, Head of CyberLaw, Privacy and Intellectual Property at Vella Pugliese Buosi Guidoni-Advogados, and as a Professor at PECE Poli USP. Additionally, Gustavo has been involved in various organizations such as the IAPP and ABDTIC, showcasing their expertise in data privacy and technology law.
