Anne M. Patterson

Anne M. Patterson currently serves as the Chief Research and Communications Officer at ICTC-CTIC, focusing on advancing the organization’s research, policy, and communications agendas. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Anne has previously held positions such as Acting Executive Director and Director of Communications at the Labour Market Information Council, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and media relations. Anne's earlier career includes significant contributions to Digital Opportunity Trust as Director of Communications and Digital Engagement, managing global communications and youth programs across 25 countries. Educationally, Anne holds a Joint Honours Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Geography from the University of Waterloo, alongside various mentorship and trustee roles in non-profit organizations.
