Sashie Steenstra

Sashie Steenstra currently serves as the Manager of Workforce Development Solutions at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC), where responsibilities include leading the strategic growth of ICTC's iAdvance programming, a workforce development initiative. Previously, Sashie was a Workforce Development Specialist involved in the EDGE UP partnership, focusing on skills training and work readiness activities. Additionally, Sashie held a position on the Board of Governors at the Visual College of Art and Design from February 2021 to July 2022. Sashie's experience at the Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of Corporate Relationships Manager, which involved forging partnerships and enhancing student career prospects. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Calgary.
