Jim Roche is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as President & CEO of Stratford Group since December 2008, Jim focuses on enhancing organizational performance. In parallel, Jim holds the position of CEO & Chair of the Board at thinkRF, which specializes in innovative spectrum monitoring solutions. As Chair of the Board at Ballard Power Systems, Jim contributes to advancing sustainable transit through hydrogen fuel cell technology. Additionally, Jim is a board member for Information Services Corporation and Ross Video, and a member of organizations such as TEC Canada and the Institute of Corporate Directors. Jim’s background includes a successful tenure as Chair of the Board at Elentra Corp., leading to its profitable sale, and as a board member at PureFacts Financial Solutions prior to its acquisition by GrowthCurve Capital. Jim Roche has studied at Stanford University, Western University, Queen's University, and Lower Canada College.
