Richa Shukla started their work experience in 2015 as an HR Generalist at Information Solutions. richa had the opportunity to work with clients like Ind CarB, Bosch, and Bharath Earth Movers Pvt Ltd. Later, they joined Yellow Box HR Services as an HR Executive, where they built positive relationships with clients and managed a delivery team. richa also took on the role of an HR recruiter, enhancing their knowledge and sourcing strategies.

Richa Shukla began their education at St Francis Higher Secondary school, where they completed their 12th grade education in Maths Science from 2004 to 2006. richa then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Institute of technology, specializing in Computer technology and applications from 2006 to 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Richa obtained a certification in Testing Manual and selenium from Qspiders in Bangalore in January 2015. richa also received a certification in JAVA from NIIT Technologies in Jayanagar in June 2014.
