Yanzi Xu

Yanzi Xu is a dedicated education professional with a strong background in research, instructional support, and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation, Yanzi previously held roles such as Learning Support Associate at the Urban College of Boston, where Yanzi significantly improved student grades in ESL courses. At the University of Pennsylvania, Yanzi contributed to research projects as both a Research Assistant and Academic Coordinator, focusing on social justice in K-12 teacher education and providing college preparation guidance to high school students. Yanzi's teaching experience includes student teaching positions at Northland High School and Johnson Park Middle School, where Yanzi developed curricula and supported diverse learning needs. Yanzi holds a Master’s degree in Learning Sciences and Technologies from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in TESOL Education from The Ohio State University.
