Richard's experience includes working as the Clinical Support Operations Manager at Visiting Nurse Service of New York and as an Instructor at LaGuardia Community College, where Richard taught adult learners about Healthcare - Data Analytics. Earlier roles include Quality Improvement Coordinator at NYU Student Health Center, Quality Assurance/Improvement Analyst, and Mental Health Worker at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Calendar Coordinator at Goldberg Segalla, and Paralegal at CNA Insurance. Richard holds an MBA with a concentration in Health Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA from Iona University.
