Ana Bernardo

Ana Bernardo has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ana started their career as a Store Supervisor and Ticket and Cafeteria Operator at Parques de Sintra - Monte da Lua from April 2016 to May 2018. Ana then worked as a BackOffice and Contact Center Assistant at Ageas Seguros from October 2018 to April 2021, where they gained expertise in customer service, conflict management, and data processing. Following that, they joined Sociprime Field Merchandising SA as an Order Entry Coordinator from May 2021 to December 2021, where they coordinated the order entry team and handled logistics and documentation work for Procter & Gamble. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Coordinator at Infosistema since November 2022.

Ana Bernardo attended Escola Secundária Camões, where they completed 12th grade and studied Visual Arts. Ana has also obtained a certification in Learning Excel 2021 from LinkedIn, which was completed in November 2022.
