Kalie Olson

Kalie Olson, PMP has extensive experience in project management and operations. Kalie is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Operations at InfoSync since July 2023. Prior to that, Kalie founded Radiant Project Management in October 2022, where they guided clients in achieving impactful outcomes through strategic projects.

Before founding Radiant Project Management, Kalie worked at Integreon for several roles. Kalie served as the Vice President of Sales Enablement & Project Management, where they provided cross-functional leadership and managed multiple strategic initiatives. Kalie also held the position of VP, Business Leader for Legal Word Processing & Administrative Services, leading a team in contract delivery. Additionally, Kalie served as the VP Operations, leading the organizational shift towards functional strategy and overseeing a $50M operation. Kalie also worked as the Director of Finance & Sales Operations, where they managed client accounts and led a change management project.

Kalie's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Operations, Delivery Center Manager, and Associate Manager at Integreon from 2008 to 2014. Overall, Kalie has a strong background in project management, operations, sales enablement, and leadership.

Kalie Olson, PMP, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English & Business from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In May 2022, they also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
