Tim O'Neill

Tim O'Neill is an experienced leader in the retirement plan record keeping sector, currently serving as the Head of Department at Infosys BPM since October 2020, where oversight of regulatory output is provided for the Vanguard business. O'Neill previously held multiple roles at Vanguard from 2005 to October 2020, including Department Head, where management of tax reporting and annual plan reporting teams was conducted, and Marketing Manager, overseeing email marketing for various divisions. O'Neill holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
