Aga Biegluk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for EMEA at Infosys since August 2022, Aga previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Celonis and served in multiple roles at Infosys, including Senior Practice Lead for Talent Acquisition. With a background in recruitment consulting at SAP, The SJB Group, Red Commerce, and Abbeywood International, Aga has specialized in sourcing candidates for business development, technical roles, and engineering sectors while enhancing brand image and candidate experience. Aga holds a Master's degree in Belarusian and Polish Filology from the University of Warsaw and has further pursued coaching and professional development.
