Archana R. has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Lead for Talent Acquisition at Infosys since November 2014. In this role, Archana R. oversees hiring efforts for Application Development and Maintenance within the Energy, Communication, and Utilities sectors across North America, managing end-to-end hiring processes, benefit negotiations, staff development, process improvements, benchmarking, vendor management, and candidate onboarding.
