Chiyo Okita

Chiyo Okita is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Director and Region Talent Acquisition Practice Lead at Astellas Pharma, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Chiyo led executive recruiting for Amazon in Japan from September 2020 to August 2023 and headed talent acquisition for Johnson & Johnson in Japan from April 2016 to September 2020.
