Arun Hoskere

Arun Hoskere is the SVP, Head of Infosys China & Head of Business Strategy, Planning and Operations at Infosys. Arun has over two decades of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on strategy and operations planning.

Arun began their career at Infosys in 2007 as the head of planning for the company's new markets practice. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and operational optimization. Arun was promoted to associate vice president in 2011 and given responsibility for the life sciences practice in Asia Pacific/MEA. In 2013, they were again promoted to associate vice president and given responsibility for the financial services and insurance vertical. In 2014, they were promoted to vice president and given responsibility for the financial services vertical and global delivery.

Arun has a proven track record of success in leading and growing businesses. Under their leadership, Infosys' life sciences practice grew to become one of the largest in the world. Arun also played a key role in developing Infosys' financial services vertical into a major growth engine for the company. In their current role, they are responsible for Infosys' business in China, one of the company's most important markets. Arun is also responsible for developing and executing Infosys' business strategy. Arun has a deep understanding of the IT industry and has been instrumental in positioning Infosys as a leading provider of IT services.

Arun Hoskere's educational career began with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University. Arun then pursued a Pre-University in Science (PCMB) from Vijaya College, Bangalore. Their 10th Grade was in Science from Kumaran's, Bangalore. Finally, they completed their 8th Grade in Science from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi.
