Gopakumar Gopalakrishnan

Gopakumar Gopalakrishnan is an accomplished professional with a robust background in innovation, talent development, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at Infosys Ltd. in Germany since 2023, Gopakumar has previously held various roles at Infosys from 2007 to 2022, focusing on talent development and business innovation. Prior experience includes consulting in talent and organization development at Tata Management Training Center (2004-2007), working as a Research Associate in leadership and organization development at the Centre for Organization Development (2002-2004), and serving as an Academic Associate in the Organizational Behavior area at IIM Ahmedabad (2000-2002). Gopakumar holds a PhD in Management Studies from the Indian Institute of Science and an MA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Kerala.
