Promod Kasinadhuni

Promod Kasinadhuni is a Senior Industry Principal at Infosys, where responsibilities include overseeing IT Process and Quality Consulting Practice in Japan, South-East Asia, and the Middle East since July 2007. With extensive experience in leading complex IT transformation engagements, Promod has also delivered consulting work in South America. Prior to Infosys, Promod held several roles at CMC Limited, including Industry Principal and Lead Consultant, and served as Head of Corporate Manpower Planning and HR for the Western Region. Earlier career highlights include positions at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited as Marketing Manager and HDFC Limited as Senior Officer-Resources. Educational qualifications include a TOGAF certification from The Open Group and a Global Professional in Human Resources from SHRM/HRCI, along with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and several formative academic experiences.
