Raghavendra Ramdas

Raghavendra "Raghu" Ramdas has extensive experience in strategic account management and client relationship growth within the IT sector, currently serving as Sr Director - Strategic Accounts at Infosys since July 2007. Throughout the career at Infosys, Raghavendra has held several key positions, including Director and Associate Director, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and new business acquisition in the Consumer, Retail, and Logistics domains. Prior to Infosys, Raghavendra worked at HCL Technologies, where roles included Manager - Transformation Services and Project Manager - CRM, leading transformational projects and implementations for global financial institutions. Raghavendra holds an MBA in Marketing & IT from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BE in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, University of Madras.
