Yatish Sewgoolam, MBA, has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Yatish began their career as a Control Engineer at Sasol Technology, where they ensured the integrity and optimization of instrumentation and control systems. Yatish then moved on to become a Senior Control Engineer, responsible for implementing control systems and meeting regulatory requirements.

Following their role at Sasol, Yatish joined SABMiller as a Process Control Engineer, managing service delivery and maintenance costs for I&PC systems. Yatish later became the Process Control Manager, overseeing service delivery and identifying technical CAPIN for I&PC systems.

Yatish then joined the Technology Innovation Agency as a Senior Investment Manager, where they utilized their expertise in managing investments and supporting innovation projects. Yatish further expanded their skills at Deloitte Canada as an Advisory Services Senior Manager, providing technology advisory services to various industries and managing a team of consultants.

After their time at Deloitte, Yatish served as the Senior Manager of Business Strategy and Improvement at Ledcor, where they focused on strategic planning and process improvement.

Yatish later joined Monstercat as the Director of Operations, leading infrastructure initiatives for the business.

Currently, Yatish is the Associate Vice President of Product at Info-Tech Research Group. In this role, they are responsible for driving the research strategy and embedding emerging technologies within organizations. Yatish also leads the internal innovation ideation efforts and ensures the adoption of best practices in digital product development.

Yatish Sewgoolam, MBA pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2001 to 2006. Currently, they are attending McGill University where they are completing an Executive Management program, which is expected to be completed in 2021.
