Nataraj is the Chief Business Officer responsible for our Banking, Financial Services and Insurance business segment. He is an accomplished business leader with over 24 years in this industry with a unique blend of sales, business operations, and digital technology experience. Being laser-focused on client centricity, he has managed large portfolios and acts as a trusted advisor for clients - driving front office to back office transformation, formulating innovative best-in-class strategies, and delivering digital and automation solutions leveraging agile implementations using a global delivery model. He has rich experience in creating and running a new corporate entity in the highly regulated Banking and Lending environment, procuring US and India licenses for Mortgage Lending, and in setting up new business units including rebadging and carve-outs from clients and other service providers, delivering significant savings for customers. Nataraj holds a Masters in Software Engineering from BITS, Pilani and Bachelors in Engineering from University of Madras.
