Alex Hollis

Alex Hollis has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Theirfirst job was as an Engineer Co-op at iLight Technologies, where they were responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting LED lighting prototypes. In 2008, they moved on to Denso Manufacturing, where they were a Quality Engineer. Theirduties included conducting cross-function team investigations for in-process defects and forecasting and supporting manpower for 200% inspection department. In 2010, they were hired as a Senior Business Analyst at Comdata, where they were responsible for process documentation and transfer of business functions across States, as well as designing a delivery system for executive reporting. In 2014, Hollis took a position as a Technical Analyst II / Junior Product Owner at Asurion, where they kept department projects on time and on budget through incremental software development techniques. Finally, in 2015, Hollis joined InfoWorks, Inc. as a Business Analyst. Theirrole included product ownership of a $750K software development project, which they turned around from a 5yr ROI to 2.5yr ROI.

Alex Hollis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Tennessee Technological University in 2008. Alex then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the same university in 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in August 2016, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2014, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2013.
