Andrew C. Oliver is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in product marketing and strategic growth across multiple technology companies. Currently a columnist for InfoWorld since 2012, Andrew has held various leadership roles, including Head of Marketing at CelerData, where significant achievements included scaling MQLs and increasing ARR within a short timeframe. Previous positions include Senior Director of Product Marketing at MariaDB Corporation, where Andrew executed numerous successful campaigns, and similar roles at Yugabyte and Couchbase, focusing on market intelligence and messaging development. Andrew also co-founded Bunisoft, served as President of Mammoth Data, and was a board member at the Open Source Initiative. Recently, Andrew completed intensive Spanish language studies at Vos Buenos Aires and earned a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Georgia Southern University.
