Kris Vaeyens

Kris Vaeyens has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Analyst at Infrabel since 2009, where responsibilities include ensuring alignment between recruitment activities and budgetary considerations, as well as participating in various HR projects such as critical workforce analysis and SAP payroll implementation. Prior to this role, Kris held positions at Kronos from June 2006 to March 2009 as an SAP HR Analyst and Consultant, focused on managing the implementation of time tracking software for small and medium enterprises. Kris also worked at STIB from January 2004 to May 2006, overseeing statistical analyses of personnel data for workforce planning and optimization of performance evaluations. Educational background includes a degree from KU Leuven, obtained between 1996 and 2003.
