Akshay Awate☸️

Akshay Awate has a work experience spanning several years. Akshay started their career as a Full Stack Developer at CrowdANALYTIX in 2019, where they focused on building the next version of an annotation tool web application and worked on frontend development. Akshay then moved on to Unitek in 2021 as a Jr. Devops Engineer, where they collaborated with Product Architects to optimize reference architectures and developed IaaC using Terraform. Their most recent role is at InfraCloud Technologies as a Site Reliability Engineer, starting in 2022. In this role, they have been responsible for setting up and maintaining monitoring systems for large-scale distributed systems using Cortex and Prometheus, mentoring developers on best practices, and using Terraform for infrastructure management.

Akshay Awate completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in ECE (Electronics and Communication Engineering) from Gogte Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications from the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), including a Prometheus Certified Associate certification in December 2022, a CKA certification in July 2022, and a CKS certification in September 2022.
