Deepti Kurup has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Deepti also has work experience at TechMahindra Limited, where they served as an Assistant Security Consultant for the Authentication and Identity Management team from November 2005 to December 2007, working on CA SiteMinder SSO consulting and implementation for internal and e-commerce web-based applications for a major European Telecom firm. Prior to this, they worked at Bank Of America as a Tech Lead - Identity and Access Management from December 2007 to March 2012, leading Siteminder migration efforts and implementing major initiatives in Single Sign-On and Directory Services projects and integrations.

Deepti Kurup completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2023, and the CISSP certification from (ISC)² in August 2016.
