Andrea Graessler

Andrea Graessler serves as General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance at Infrareal Holding GmbH & Co. KG since January 2023. In addition to this role, Andrea has been a lecturer in International Product Liability and Hazard Law at Provadis Hochschule since October 2020 and teaches International Contract Law at Hochschule Augsburg since May 2013. As an experienced attorney, Andrea has been practicing law at Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Gräßler since 2007, specializing as a Fachanwältin für Steuerrecht and Rechtsanwältin. Previously, Andrea held the position of Group General Counsel at Rothenberger AG from December 2021 to December 2022 and served as Senior Legal Counsel for Europe, Russia, and Turkey at Vibracoustic SE from July 2018 to December 2021. Additional experience includes executive roles at KUKA, where Andrea worked from 2008 to 2018 in various capacities, and at Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG from 2002 to 2006. Andrea obtained a Staatsexamen in Law from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and studied at Université de Montpellier I.
