Abdul Muneer B

Abdul Muneer B has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 with Sitel, where they held the role of Senior Subject Matter Expert. In 2013, they moved to Concentrix, where they were an Enterprise Technical Support - Team Leader Operations. In 2015, they joined Teleperformance as a Team Leader Operations. In 2018, they joined CSS Corp as a Technical Support Team Lead. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Infrascale, where they currently hold the roles of Director Technical Support Services and Manager Technical Support Services.
