Andrew Pegalis

Andrew Pegalis is an experienced real estate and investment professional currently serving as a Partner at InfraShares Inc., a pioneering crowdfunding portal focused on infrastructure investments, since May 2020. Additionally, Andrew holds the position of Vice President of Development at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., where the focus is on developing investment properties in the Richmond region, particularly in Industrial, Flex Office/Industrial, Mixed Use, and Multi-Family sectors. As the Managing Member of Acclaim Properties, LLC, Andrew has overseen the acquisition, management, and sale of commercial real estate assets, along with the launch of the website Acclaim Suites. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Account Executive and General Counsel at Armfield, Harrison & Thomas, Inc. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Economics from Emory University.
