Gonçalo Santos has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gonçalo started their career as a Trainer in mechanical constructions design at School House Aveiro in 2011. Afterwards, they worked as a Curricular Internship - Mechanical Engineer at AC+Coger- Sociedade Portuguesa de Cogeração, LDA from 2011 to 2012. Gonçalo then had a trainee position as a Mechanical Engineer at EcoFMeq - Engenharia, Equipamentos e Ambiente in 2013.

Gonçalo later joined Efacec Engenharia e Sistemas, SA (Ambiente) in 2013 and held multiple positions within the company. Gonçalo started as a Trainee Mechanical Engineering, and then became a Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) | Maintenance Contract Manager and After Sales. During their time at Efacec, they managed maintenance contracts, trained maintenance teams, and presented technical proposals to customers.

In 2016, Gonçalo Santos joined Veolia as a Mechanical Engineer | Operations Manager. Their responsibilities included managing maintenance contracts, leading a team, and negotiating with suppliers. Gonçalo also worked as a Consultant at SOLFUT, LDA - I HAVE THE POWER from 2016 to 2020.

From 2017 to 2020, Gonçalo worked at LEONI as an AGCO - Customer Resident Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for customer relations and engineering support.

In 2021, they worked as a Coach, providing coaching services to individuals or groups. Later that year, they joined MI-GSO | PCUBED as a PMO Consultant.

Most recently, Gonçalo Santos took on the role of Customer Onboarding Engineer Europe at Infraspeak in 2023.

Gonçalo Santos has a Master's degree in Integrated Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Energy and Environment from Universidade Coimbra - Faculdade Ciências e Tecnologia (FCTUC). Gonçalo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
