Mark Fulton

Mark Fulton has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the infrastructure and project management field. Mark has worked for companies such as Pivotal Management Consulting Limited, where they served as Owner and Director, providing advisory and consulting services for major projects in the infrastructure sector. Mark has also worked as an Infrastructure Programme Advisor for Buckinghamshire Council, Strategic Technical Advisor for National Highways, and Specialist Consultant for ETZ Ltd, among other positions. Mark has experience in a wide range of areas, including highways, energy, development, and transportation projects. Mark has also been involved in the delivery of green energy and sustainability initiatives. Mark's extensive work experience includes roles in management, leadership, and project oversight.

Mark Fulton obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. In 2004, they pursued further education and completed an MBA Diploma in Business Management from Aston Business School, which they attended until 2006. Mark has also earned certifications such as Management of Portfolios (MoP) Practitioner from APMG International in December 2017, Fellow status from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) in November 2015, and BS11000 - Collaborative Business Relationships Facilitator from ILM in May 2013. Further certifications include Construction Health and Safety - NVQ Level 3 (with merit) from NEBOSH in May 2008, Chartered Engineer from the Engineering Council in September 1993, and Member status from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) in June 1993. Mark also holds a Private Pilots License/IMC rating from the Civil Aviation Authority, which they obtained in June 1984.
